1 License to Use

VINDecoder grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the VINDecoder app for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify or derive works from the app
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Redistribute or resell the app
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the app for any illegal purpose

2 Disclaimer of Warranties

VINDecoder is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy of VIN decoding results
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the app
• Freedom from errors or defects
• Fitness for a particular purpose

3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VINDecoder be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4 User Responsibilities

You agree to use VINDecoder only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or offensive speech or conduct
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue in the app
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems

5 Intellectual Property Rights

The VINDecoder app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by VINDecoder, its licensors, or other providers of such material. All content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from modifying or creating derivative works based on the app.

6 Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VINDecoder at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

7 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of VINDecoder following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We will update the "Last Updated" date whenever these terms are revised.
